Molly Gordon

Incedo Group Mentor Coach Molly Gordon’s clients report consistently clearer thinking, clarity around priorities, and better relationships with colleagues and staff.
Molly has been a coach in private practice since January, 1996 and is highly regarded in the coaching industry for her candor, vision, and creative pragmatism. Prior to becoming a coach, she owned a fiber arts studio, was business manager for an architectural firm, and edited an in-house magazine for the Cascade Natural Gas Corporation. These and other elements of what she likes to call her checkered past give her coaching a down-to-earth and street wise flavor.
Molly's peers have called her one of the best-trained coaches in the profession. In addition to completing coach training at The Academy for Coach Training and the Graduate Coach Training Program of The Newfield Network, she spends three to six weeks each year in intensive experiential training in attention management, peak performance, effective communication and other skill areas essential to leadership and personal development.

Sherry Lowry

Sherry Lowry is an Incedo Group Mentor Coach whose clients consistently identify and expand usage of their natural capabilities and interests, plus extend their potential for innovation.
Sherry has worked with hundreds of corporate and organizational leaders, teams, and individual owners and/or privately with other C-Level executives. Her educational background includes a BS; an MS; advanced coursework in strategic and systems theory – related to family therapy; and a 5-month stint as a student of Virginia Satir during her formation years as a therapist.
Sherry Lowry's coaching-specific background is extensive and includes (but is not limited to) graduation from Coach University; Therapist University and Institute for Life-Coach Training (ILCT) and completion of a graduate program through Newfield Network. Sherry is active in community service and has participated on 15 Community-Related non-profit boards over 4 decades, plus 3 terms on the International Coach Federation Board, helping head up the Credentials, Ethics, and Standards Committees. She is currently serving on ICF’s Credentials Review Committee delivering candidate examination processes; reviewing applications for qualifying organizational programs.

Augusta Nash

Incedo Coach Augusta Nash helps her clients create a more positive, collaborative impact as well as continued noteworthy results using a 4-step process so that they exit a single-operating mode and confidently stride through their day.
Augusta has twenty-five years of varied professional experience in academia, industry, and government, internationally. Coaching has been her sole career for the last nine years. During her career, she has worked for Her Majesty's National Curriculum in the United Kingdom, for SunTrust Bank and The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia.
Augusta is a Master Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (The Coaches Training Institute), a Certified Birkman Method® Consultant, a Graduate of the Newfield Network Graduate Coaching Program and assesses credentialing exams for the International Coach Federation (ICF).
It’s important to Augusta to create a safe environment/relationship for the client to do their work, their way. She will use anything available to design efficient and effective means to their end and makes sure that she and her client hold the goal in mind no matter what they’re working on.

Ann Deaton

Incedo Coach Ann Deaton partners with leaders and teams to make the difficult possible and sustainable.
Prior to entering coaching, Ann worked as a clinical psychologist and department director for 20 years in health care settings. In her work as a psychologist, she was always struck by individuals’ strengths and resilience in the face of the challenges they faced. Ann transitioned into coaching beginning in 2000, and has had a full time coaching and consulting practice since 2004. Her work is primarily with leaders and teams, in corporations, small businesses, and nonprofit and government settings.
Ann earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and her coaching certification from the Newfield Network. She holds a coaching credential from the International Coach Federation, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, and is licensed as a clinical psychologist.
Ann helps her clients to clarify exactly what they want, and their bold vision for what success looks like. She works with them to develop an explicit understanding of their strengths and talents and how to design their life and work to fully leverage these gifts each day.
