My company has recently reorganized my division and redefined my position. I contacted Incedo Group with the idea that they would help me identify the one or two things that I could quickly learn from this situation as I dumped my "bad job" and looked for a new job. Instead we have worked together on an enlightening journey that has helped me address leadership issues, vision issues, and out look and perspective issues. We have turned my "bad job" into a good career step. Incedo has helped me focus on what I truly want and is continuing to work with me to get it.

We spent a fair amount of time identifying how my beliefs and responses to situations were not serving me best. We followed that up with what I could do to control these situations so I could have better (more positive) outcomes.

One of the real "Take Home Values" for me was her helping me understand that I could only control my response, and my perspective. But that changing perspective could often change the outcome in way that was beneficial to me.
