Over the course of the time that Incedo Group coached me, I made significant progress in understanding and developing my professional and personal goals. I attribute my rapid growth in large part to Incedo’s astute direction and guidance. The top three aspects of Incedo Group's coaching that benefited me during the course of our meetings were their business experience and entrepreneurialism, their ability to quickly organize and develop an action plan for a particular coaching topic, and their personal intuition and genuine caring about not only the professional aspects of my life, but also my roles as a father and a husband. In the beginning of the coaching process, Incedo led me through a self-assessment of my professional and personal goals and an inventory of my strengths. Incedo’s guidance during this period helped me to very efficiently and effectively develop the characteristics for the type of career in which I would excel.

Once we established the attributes that I should seek in my career, Incedo assisted me with developing a plan to adjust my career to a path that was well suited to my values and strengths. The resulting plan was very targeted and practical. During the remainder of our time together, Incedo helped me to maximize my time and assisted with critical areas such as developing targeted mailings and rehearsing follow-up calls.

Last October, I started a new Information Technology practice with a former co-worker. Now, four months later, we are exceeding all expectations for our organization's performance. We have begun hiring new employees and are executing against a strategic plan for sustained and health growth. More importantly, my partner and I are firmly committed to making our new organization a place that provides a completely satisfying work environment to our entire staff. I believe that Incedo played a key role in my being where I am today. Without their assistance in working through my professional and personal goals, I would not have had the conviction to firmly take hold of this opportunity when it presented itself. In these early days of forming our new practice, I have had great freedom in defining my roles and responsibilities that will evolve as our business develops.
