I have been a client of Incedo Group for the past 4 months, and in summary I am extremely happy with the guidance, encouragement, questioning, and practical expertise they have provided to me.

Incedo Group's primary contribution with me to date has been with helping me to articulate and believe in a business vision and concept. I now have considerably more focus, confidence, and momentum around this vision, to the point where I almost feel like the effort has taken on a life of its own (at least in my mind and my commitment to see it through). As I have reflected on our work together, I went back and looked at the original goals we set out for our relationship 4 months ago, I was very impressed. In my opinion, we have already achieved all of the immediate objectives I laid out, as well as many of the more general ones (especially the items that revolved around personal confidence, inertia, and accountability). For sure, I couldn't have done all of this without their help.

I have found Incedo Group delightful to work with, receiving warmth within the coaching relationship, accountability for providing assistance outside of regular coaching meetings, flexibility with regard to the issues we work on as well as our schedule, and loads of practical experience with human resource issues and running a small business.
