When I met with Linda, she immediately recognized that I was under a lot of stress, and we proceeded to discuss my concerns. In the first 15 minutes of our meeting she knew more about me personally and professionally than my present coach. I felt a sense of calmness. She was listening to me and I wasn’t even a client. After our lunch I was convinced that Linda was the business coach to work with.
During the past year that we have been working together, the area that I have seen the most growth is my confidence level. Linda has helped me to use my strengths, my experiences and financial education on future appointments. With her help, I was able to pinpoint my weaknesses that interfered with my success. One of Linda’s major contributions is that I have been able to separate my personal relationships with my clients. Often in the past, I have been getting too personal with the transaction instead of viewing it as a business transaction. Linda has helped me to distinguish a good business opportunity…even when it meant reducing my fees. We have been working together to change my way of thinking and change my old work habits…and sometimes it’s tough to change. She has also helped me to outline a business plan and to be consistent with all of my clients.
Another area that I have seen tremendous growth is setting boundaries with my clients. I didn’t even know how boundaries associated with my business. I have been able to separate my professional life with my personal life and at the same time be more flexible. Linda has helped me to grow my business, increase my sales volume and most important…continue to serve my clients well.
Her coaching has helped me to think more outside of the box. She has taught me to pause before I speak. I pay more attention to my clients. I listen better. I have gained a sense of peace in my everyday life working with Linda. She has helped me improve my personal development, my business success and personal satisfaction. Linda is an asset I can not work with out. Her coaching philosophy has changed my life. I enjoy what I do for a living and at the same time I am having a fun time.
